Xtreme Projects owner and founder, Kevin Kelly is said to stay motivated through independence and any challenges faced. In 2004, when turning 40 and deciding to forego a “midlife crisis”, he decided to resign from his job and took a path unknown in order to pursue his vision of becoming a self-employed entrepreneur.

After seeing a gap in the market for a 24 Hour Emergency Spill Response Company, Kevin took a leap of faith and established Xtreme Projects. Since the Xtreme Projects opening, it has subsequently grown phenomenally and has expanded globally. 

Xtreme Projects has provided numerous employment opportunities and continues to support many diverse social causes. Kevin is seen to take a hands-on approach to all his business practices, never being afraid to get his hands dirty and is constantly spotted on numerous sites. He shows enthusiasm and passion for the work he does and firmly believes in the policy of “Paying it Forward”.
